What I collect

  • When you contact me: your name, email address and anything you include in your message, such as project details.

Your information is never sold, and isn't used for advertising.

Sharing

Information is only shared with services needed to run the business, such as email and hosting providers, or where the law requires it.

How long it's kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as they're useful for the conversation. Project and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Email me and I'll respond as soon as I can.

I take sensible steps to keep your information safe, such as using trusted providers and limiting access to my own accounts. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so I can't promise absolute security.

This site and my services are meant for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Withdrawing consent and complaints

You can withdraw your consent to my using your information at any time by emailing me. If you have a concern about how your data has been handled, write to me first and I'll try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.
